  • 4lbs. chicken thighs or legs

  • Garlic cloves 3-4

  • Fresh curry leaves 3-4
  • 1 cup 300ml coconut milk

  • In a low cooker add the thighs and the remaining juices, lemon slice and spices and add the coconut milk to it
  • Slow cook it for about 6-8 hours. keep checking it in between. Add some coconut milk if it dries up quickly
  • Keep the flame to lowest and cover it with the lid

Coconut coleslaw

  • 1/2 green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 purple cabbage, very thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2tsp. black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. American garden salad dressing (you can take any)

Pour all the ingredients in the bowl and toss it gently. Serve it along the pull-apart coconut milk chicken
